Note:The major difference between ILM-953 and ILM-953Pro is the group intercom system. The 953 normal version only allows 2-3 rider intercom. The Pro version allows 6-8 riders group intercom and simultaneously talk with each other, we recommend largest number of group intercomers is 6 so that riders could have the best group intercom experience.
The ILM Bluetooth helmets or Bluetooth headsets of '6-8 riders group intercom' function are NOT compatible with ILM Bluetooth helmets and Bluetooth devices of '2-3 riders group intercom' function. Any concerns are welcome to let us know, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
Functions of ILM-953Pro Motorcycle Helmet Bluetooth and Intercom

Turn on/offPress and hold multi-function button(MFB) for about 3 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth module, and 5 seconds to turn off the helmet Bluetooth. |

Phone CallsYou can call answer/reject/terminate the incoming phone calls by pressing the MFB button. The helmet will automatically respond to incoming calls if the call hasn't been answered within 15 seconds. |

Phone Calls/Intercom/MusicYou can toggle between phone calls, intercom and music by the MFB button. An incoming phone call is the system priority. |

Voice DialAfter the Bluetooth helmet successfully paired with your phone, double click MFB button to wake up voice assistant. You can say 'Hey Bixby' or 'Hey Siri' to conduct phone calls. |

FM FunctionWhen the Bluetooth headset is not connected to any other devices,turn the jog-wheel counterclockwise and hold it for about 2 seconds. |

Charging IndicatorsThe blue light will flash every 2 seconds under 'ON' status after battery fully charged. The red light will flash every 2 seconds when battery is being charged. Other working modes of the indicator light are explained in detail in the user manual. |

Play MusicTurn on the musicby rotating the jog-wheel clockwise and hlod it for about 2s before letting go. |

Volume ControlRotate the jog-wheel clockwise to raise the volume. When reach the maximum volume, then turn it twice clockwise to a minimum volume. Important: Only after the volume reaches its maximum can you lower the volume to the minimum to adjust the volume according to your needs. |

Battery ConcernsThe helmet comes with a battery box, including a battery, a USB cable and a user manual. Please kindly noted that do NOT mix up the batteries of 953 and 953Pro helmets. |
Removable and Replaceable Lens and Liners (Model: ILM-953Pro)
The inner pads of the motorcycle helmet including top liner and cheek pads are removeable and washable. Changing the cheek pads will help solve the size issue in most cases.
The helmet visor is replaceable, tinted visor and clear visor available in ILM store. Anti-fog visor is also listed.
ILM-953Pro Bluetooth helmets fit for men and women, ideal for motorbike, street bike and other powersports activities, it can be used as a full face helmet, or you can flip up the chin guard to use it as a modular motorcycle helmet.

Tubes are shipped brand new, and unless there was visible shipping damage, what you're describing sounds a lot like a pinch flat during installation. We've all done it. Motorcycle tubes can get pinched between the tire and rim during mounting, and sometimes they don't show themselves until inflation. For the next install, we recommend using a little baby powder or soapy water and taking extra care with the tire spoons. That goes a long way toward preventing pinches.

I ordered 2 different items. The first item which was oil delivered within 2 days. Very fast. I was pleased with this. I was hoping the handlebars I ordered would also arrive. Live the Gnar said it was shipping seperate. As of now its been 7days since I placed the order. I reached out via email. Someone responded saying they would look at order and tracking. Its been 2 days and no one has responded. I bought the handlebars as a gift for someone. Definitely would've thought I would've received them or at least received a response from Live the Gnar. This sucks. Either way, I'll just order from another vendor from now on.

Oil also has to be packaged separately for shipping reasons. The tracking for the bars was emailed directly to you, and they were already on the way when this review was posted. We totally understand being excited for a gift to arrive, but a one-star review feels a little harsh for an order that was shipped and in transit. Either way, we appreciate the business and hope the bars worked out once they landed.
