Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact thedudes@livethegnar.com. Your email must include the order number in the subject line of the email or it may be missed.
If your return is accepted, you will need to send the item back. The team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that our team may take a few business to respond. We are real people, who live here in CA, with families who ride and race and enjoy this sport as much as you. We do our best to repond quickly but don't just outsource "customer service" to overseas call centers. Thanks for understanding.
Cancel an order
Please note that in order to offer the fastest shipping possible, Live the Gnar utilizes automated shipping and order fulfillment. This means that as soon as your order is placed it is locked into our system and can not be canceled before shipment.
If you wish to cancel an order you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, custom or special-order products, personalized items We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Oils, cleaners, and any chemical products are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, and Tires - Electronic and electrical parts are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Bulbs, fuel control units, ignitions, rev boxes, snorkel intakes, spark plugs, stators, batteries, wiring harnesses, e-bike motors, e-bike controllers, regulators, converters, and similar electronic components.
Parts must be in original condition and show no signs of wear, installation, alteration, or damage to be eligible for return.
Any tool or chemical product that has been opened or has a broken seal is non-returnable.
Open-box items where the original packaging has been destroyed or is no longer intact are not eligible for return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thedudes@livethegnar.com. Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds are for the cost of the item returned excluding any associated shipping fees.
Warranty Information
All product warranties, if available, are provided directly by the manufacturer of the item purchased. Live the Gnar does not offer or fulfill any product warranties and cannot guarantee warranty coverage or outcomes.
If you believe your item may qualify for a warranty claim, you’ll need to follow the warranty process outlined by the manufacturer. That usually involves submitting a form, providing proof of purchase, and in some cases, returning the product for inspection.
