Biltwell 395 Aggro R/W/B: Take the Dirt Route

Some colorways do the talking before you ever fire up the bike. The Biltwell 395 in Aggro R/W/B is one of them: bold red and white panels, dark trim, and a graphic treatment that gives the helmet a distinctly old-school moto feel. This is a closer look at that one finish, for riders who want their helmet to be the loud part of the kit.

The Aggro look, up close

The appeal is in the contrast. Broad white areas give the red graphics room to stand out, while the dark edges keep the shape defined. From the side, you get the sweep of the graphic across the shell. From the front, the visor and chin bar bring the design together around the wide eye port. It is a strong look without needing a whole collection of competing colors around it.

Aggro R/W/B is the official finish name. The photos here show the actual helmet, so you can judge the placement of the graphics and the balance of the colors for yourself. Check the product gallery for the other angles before choosing your size.

Three ways we would build a kit around it

Keep it simple: black or white riding gear lets the helmet take center stage. A mostly black jersey and pants would give the red panels plenty of contrast, without needing to match every detail.

Pick up one accent: if you want a more coordinated look, echo the red in a jersey detail or a pair of gloves. A small repeat of the color can tie the kit together while leaving the helmet as the main feature.

Go graphic: a bold jersey can work here, too. Our suggestion is to repeat one of the helmet’s colors and give the rest of the kit some breathing room.

More than a finish

Under the Aggro graphics, this is the Biltwell 395 dirt bike helmet. The model has an ABS shell and dual-density EPS liner, with vents at the forehead and chin. Its adjustable visor uses two thumb screws, and the wide eye port has rubber traction bumps to help keep a goggle strap in place.

The comfort liner and cheek pads are removable and washable. Those are useful details to consider alongside the look, especially when you are comparing what you want from your next dirt helmet. The colorway does not change the underlying 395 features.

Make the fit the first decision

A finish can catch your eye; fit still needs to make the final call. The Aggro R/W/B listing covers sizes X-Small through 2X-Large. Use the size chart and fitting guidance on the product page, and check current availability for the size you need. Do not choose a helmet size just to get a particular colorway.
