The 33rd Annual Progressive Four Corners Motorcycle Rally rolls into Durango, Colorado September 3–6, 2026 — Labor Day Weekend. Colorado’s longest-running motorcycle rally. Flat track racing, Wall of Death, a rodeo, Poker Run, live music, Harley-Davidson demo rides, and some of the best riding roads in the West right outside your door. Here’s everything you need to know.

About the Rally

The Four Corners Motorcycle Rally was founded by Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell — a passionate motorcyclist and one of only two Native Americans to serve in the U.S. Senate — who created it to bring riders together while showcasing the landscapes of Southwest Colorado. Over 33 years it’s become the longest-running motorcycle rally in Colorado and one of the premier Labor Day weekend events in the West.

The 2026 edition is the 33rd anniversary — and it lines up with two milestone years: 250 years of the United States and 150 years of Colorado statehood. The rally also raises money for Building Homes for Heroes, Toys for Tots, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Durango, and the Women’s Resource Center.

 What’s Happening

Four Corners Flat Track Races (Saturday, Sept 5) — the Slippin’ Sideways Dash flat track races at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Sells out every year. The signature event of the rally.

Four Corners Dirt Drags (Thursday, Sept 3) — brand new for 2026. Old-school run-what-ya-brung motorcycle drag racing in the dirt. Thursday night arena event.

Wall of Death — a Labor Day Weekend staple at Four Corners. Stunt riders running the wooden cylinder at speed.

Rodeo (Friday, Sept 4) — buckin’ bulls and broncs at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Celebrating Southwest Colorado heritage. Gates open 5pm, action starts 6:30pm.

Mini Bike Mayhem (Sunday, Sept 6) — mini bike showdown with games, challenges, and general carnage. Not a traditional race. Exactly what it sounds like.

Poker Run — five locations, draw a card at each, best hand wins. Check in starts at Durango Harley-Davidson.

Harley-Davidson Demo Rides (Friday–Sunday) — test ride the full 2026 Harley-Davidson lineup at Durango Harley-Davidson.

Live Music, Vendors & Bike Shows — running throughout all four days. Vendor plaza, custom bikes, food, drinks, the full rally experience.

The Roads Around Durango

This is as much a riding rally as a show rally. Durango sits at the doorstep of some of the most legendary motorcycle roads in America. The Million Dollar Highway — the stretch from Silverton to Ouray through the San Juan Mountains — is 25 miles of switchbacks, cliff edges, and mountain scenery that costs around a million dollars per mile to build. It’s the kind of road motorcycles were made for.

Group rides are organized throughout the weekend. If you’re making the trip, build time in before or after the rally to put miles on those roads.

Camping & Lodging

Several lodging and camping options are available around Durango and the Four Corners region, including the Sky Ute Casino Resort RV Park and HTR Durango, which offers both RV hookups and tent sites. Hotels such as the historic Strater Hotel are also available. Book early — Labor Day weekend is a popular time to visit Durango.
